It’s turkey day! Or Cornish Game Hen day in this household. While we feast, we’ll have a few special picks for the Thanksgiving Games that stuff our pockets while we stuff our hearts and stomachs.
Green Bay Packers @ Detroit Lions-3 — Thu, Nov 27, 2025 — 1:00 p.m. ET (FOX)
Yank: Who would have thought in all our years watching terrible Thanksgiving football that the Lions would become my must watch Thanksgiving day team. Jahmyr Gibbs is electric and Ford Field in Detroit is going to be absolutely rocking. Give me the Lions to send their fans home happy for only the second time in a decade.
Sam: I have no idea what’s happening in any of these games. I don’t trust either the Packers or the Lions, so when I can use my prowess to help a team lose, I’ll gladly back the Packers. Is this in the spirit of Thanksgiving? Absolutely not, but who would I be if I didn’t hate the Green and Yellow?

Sam: If I have no idea what is happening in the Lions-Packers game, I truly have no idea how to predict this game. Instead of losing money on the wrong side of the spread, I threw a handful of dollars on single anytime TD bets. When you’re bored out of your mind watching this game due to a lack of scoring, you can send a special thank you this way.
Yank: This is the game you usually miss the first half of while you’re putting your Thanksgiving plate together. I think by the time we all look up at this one and see the score the stat sheet is going to be full. Dallas cant stop anyone but I also think Dak carved up the KC defense like a Thanksgiving tureky. Give me a 21-21 halftime score and a game that goes way over the total.

Cincinnati Bengals @ Baltimore Ravens-7 — Thu, Nov 27, 2025 — 8:20 p.m. ET (NBC / Peacock)
Yank: Truth be told I miss when there was no NFL game on in this spot and the tv turned to Texas vs. Texas A+M or more recently the Egg Bowl. This game instead is the most like a random Thursday night football game, where literally anything can happen. With the return of Joe Burrow I’m expecting some points. Feels like the odds of Ja’marr Chase getting loose are high, and I have no idea who wins this one.
Sam: As much as I want the Ravens to be successful, I don’t entirely trust them. Are the Bengals terrible? Yes. But with Burrow back, why not boost the ML to get a better odds on what feels like a game that should be closer than the spread.
